If you arrive and pick up at the other airports, please select "Yes, I'm in Japan" and apply for your SIM according to the instructions.

Sokumoba SIM can only be used with unlocked or Docomo SIM-locked devices.
For 5G networks, please make sure your device supports 5G.
For eSIM, please make sure your device supports eSIM.
If you wish to transfer your current phone number to our SIM (MNP transfer), please obtain an MNP reservation number from your current carrier in advance (by phone, online, or in-store). Please note that if the MNP reservation number has less than 7 days of validity remaining at the time of application, you will not be able to apply. In that case, please obtain a new MNP reservation number from your current carrier.

After paying the initial fee, complete identity verification using a Seven Bank ATM or the Sagawa Express recipient verification service.
STEP 4
SIM Delivery/Pickup
After the application review is complete, we will ship your SIM card or send your eSIM activation code.

Once your initial payment & ID verification at SevenBank ATM confirmed, we will ship your SIM card or email your eSIM activation code.
SIM Card/eSIM (CALL SIM) applied for from overseas
Once your uploaded ID during application & your initial payment confirmed, you can pick up your SIM card or your eSIM activation code on the document at the airport.
*Email delivery for eSIM is not available in order to confirm you are the real owner of the eSIM CALL(Voice SIM) in accordance with Japan's regulations, so please pick up eSIM activation code on the document at the airport .

Once your uploaded ID during application & your initial payment confirmed, we wil ship your SIM card or email your eSIM activation code.

Once your uploaded ID during application & your initial payment confirmed, you can pick up your SIM card at the airport or we will email your eSIM activation code.

The following identity verifications are available.
At SevenBank ATM
ID verification at SevenBank ATM after submitting your application is required.
Once your initial payment & ID verification at SevenBank ATM confirmed by us, we will ship your SIM card or email your eSIM activation code.
By Sagawa courier upon delivery
ID verification will be handled by Sagawa courier upon delivery.
Once your application with uploading your ID and your initial payment confirmed by us, we will ship your SIM card or eSIM activation code on the document by Sagawa.
If you apply with a residence card (including those with a My Number card) issued on and after June 14, 2026
The following identity verification is only available.
By Sagawa courier upon delivery
ID verification will be handled by Sagawa courier upon delivery.
Once your application with uploading your ID and your initial payment confirmed by us, we will ship your SIM card or eSIM activation code on the document by Sagawa.
Upload your Passport and pick up your SIM card or your eSIM activation code on the document at the airport (Narita & Haneda Airport only).
Once your uploaded ID during application & your initial payment confirmed, you can pick up your SIM card or your eSIM activation code on the document at the airport.
*Email delivery is not available in order to confirm you are the real owner of the eSIM CALL(Voice) by delivering the activation code on the document to your home address in Japan or by picking it up at the airport in accordance with Japan's regulations.
