Below is how to receive your SIM card / eSIM link package at the airport.
[Step 1]
Go to the pick-up counter. Please refer to the following for directions to each counter.

SIM pick-up time is as follows.
Narita Airport T1 is from 7 am to 8 pm.
Narita Airport T2 is from 7 am to 8 pm.
Haneda Airport T3 is from 10 am to 8 pm.

Show your passport and the e-mail with the title [Important - Application Review Completed and Instructions on How to Pickup the SIM package] to the staff at the counter.
[Step 3]
Receive your SIM package and complete the initial settings by following the attached guide.
In addition to the monthly basic fee, outgoing calls & texts(SMS) will incur additional charges based on the usage rate below:
Incoming Calls: FREE
Outgoing Calls: ¥22 per 30 seconds
International Calls: Not Available
All Incoming Texts: FREE
Domestic Outgoing Text: ¥3.3 per message
International Outgoing Texts: ¥110 per message
All displayed prices include tax.

Ensure your smartphone is eSIM-compatible before continuing. Our eSIM requires EID to activate. If your smartphone doesn't support eSIM, please select a physical SIM card instead.
