• JP SMART SIM is compatible with unlocked or docomo-locked devices.
Please ask the current carrier to unlock your device or upgrade it to international version in order to use our SIM.
• For free 5G network service, please make sure your device is compatible with 5G.
*DATA SIM or WiFi service don't offer 5G network.
• For eSIM, please make sure your device is compatible with eSIM.
If you would like to keep your Japanese phone number and switch to us, please prepare MNP number by requesting your current provider to issue it via online, by phone or in store. MNP number must have 7 days or more until the expiry date.
